I’m 15 and I have a decent bit of muscle but not as much definition as I’d like. I started doing 45 minutes of cardio. I do 2 miles inclined on the treadmill at low or moderate intensity then do 15 minutes on the stairmaster at high intensity. It raises my heart rate a lot. Is this enough to get leaner. I don’t wanna starve myself because I’m still growing. I do a push pull legs schedule working out 6 days a week too. Also I’ve seen on here that heavy squats and deadlifts can stunt growth and damage growth plates. Are there good substitutions to these exercises because I don’t know a good exercise for lower back. My substitution as of now for squats is leg presses but even then squats definitely cause more growth in muscle.

I’m already pretty skinny I’m 5’10 150 pounds so if I cut I’ll be a stick
bulk up in a 300-500 calorie surplus and focus on building muscle for a couple months, then cut down

Alright is there a easy way to track calories because many people overestimate or underestimate their calorie intake
