i have been eating 1800kcal 170 protein 50 carb 100 fats for 2 weeks now and i no longer feel like shit, my cock works im driven and explosive. i have been looking prettey good physique wise but my strength is a lil lower

If you cannot bulk up for an entire year from a starting point of 11-12% body fat, you're doing something wrong or have body dysmorphia and you'll have much slower results with 4 month bulks than you would if you bulked for 1-2 years at a time. It's pretty easy when you gain only 1-2 lbs per month, most of it will be muscle, and you can avoid unnecessary fat gain in this manner.

I'm very satisfied with how I look shirtless but with a shirt on I don't look like I lift so I've been trying to get my arms up to 18 inches, and my forearms up to 14 inches. I'm also thinking about buying tank tops possibly in the near future because I look bigger from the side due to focusing so much on shoulders for many years.

I've been at various levels of body fat percentage in the past, I have a pretty good judgement on what mine is based on how my face looks and the size of my waist. My waist has never been smaller than like 32 inches, even when I was in that really skinny picture I posted.

The main reason I don't have abs is I spent many years without training my abs and I didn't have abs when I got started so obviously, they're just not thick enough to show no matter how lean I get. But I've been growing them and now when I flex really hard they show through my shirt when I'm lying down on my back, this is just after 3 weeks of very lazy ab training. I think if I really commit to it, I should have thick abs in 6-8 months even at higher levels of body fat.

This guy has abs and he's 15-17% body fat because he has been training abs for many years and he got them as thick as they could get. The difference ab training makes is huge:

That's complete nonsense, there is no difference between being in the healthy testosterone range and having a few hundred ng/dl extra in total testosterone. Also, T levels don't drop at 26, they drop at 40+ if your lifestyle factors are bad, like if you're sleep deprived, overweight, deficient in vitamin D, and so on, basically if your lifestyle is shit and you're middle aged, you're going to have unhealthy low levels of testosterone and then you need injections to make up for that.

Healthy young men don't need drugs to have testosterone. Truth is you guys have body dysmorphia because of social media and hollywood. Truth is, Spartan warriors looked nothing like what you see in the movie 300, and this has been proved many times.

Of course, the answer will depend on the woman, some actually like the pro-bodybuilder look but on average, I think most women would be most attracted to the elite natural look or the Hollywood look. Hollywood look is only like 2-3 years of training, maybe 3-5 for someone who has bad genetics, and more years if people don't train properly or hard enough. i mean i eat most of my meats raw exept for chicken. every day i eat ground beef, salmon, tuna, eggs, some cheese and dairy not too much, butter, i drink olive oil too, beef liver if i do eat carbs (rare), ill get it from more dairy or fruits like blueberries or blackberries. i wouldnt eat in such a sever deficit tho
