im not gonna eat for 24 hours. then ill eat once, and then take a break for another day, holdon, what if i just eat whatever i want on one day and then in the other i dont eat anything at all

thats what i used to do, however doing 2 days or half a day then longer breaks are more optimal for cortisol and autophagy risk reward ratio

2 days off 5 days on reduce eating days to 4 or 6 depending on ur body

so eat whatever for 2 days, then starve for 5, what is 4 or 6
no i meant the opposite, eat whatever (maintenance or slightly more) for 5 then starve for 2

Why not a normal calorie deficit
