So i'm 16-18% range atm.
Barely visible abs,

How long would it take me to get to 12/13%? I usually cycle 14km every mon-friday and gymcel 3-4x a week

Also cycling cardarine @ 20mg

It depends on how much you'll have of deficit bro
500 calories of deficit seems a good amount, in 2 months you can see difference, 800 is tougher if you like to eat a lot

Counting only the calories you eat or with exercises?
Just the ones i eat, i look at base metabolism rate or whatever the proper term is jfl.
Im sick rn so i cycle a bit less so thats why i'll rely a bit less on added kcal from exercise.

Cardarine burns an extra 200 tho if im not mistaken

3,500 calories equals 1 pound which if your meeting your protein requirement should be mostly fat. How long it takes to burn will depend on your specific situation. You should be able to calculate it yourself 10x better than anyone else here.

Already doing OMAD, i never get that hungry and i try to get in 1 filling meal and stop it so i dont risk getting too much kcal with eating tiny bits through out the day
