I lost 15 pounds in the last month but my face looks still bloated and sometimes it looks lean. What can I do to debloat? I dont want to take protein and shit, because my face become roundish:blackpill:
I destroy my bones and muscles at gym, at my body I can see differences, but my Face ruins it:feelsuhh:
 
Use agressive diuretics , + control salt and potassium balance

Thank you bro. I am fighting demons and aussaulting my body. But Face looks bloated and sometimes I look normal. I dont get it

If you're trying to build muscle on a caloric deficit, it's not going to work, you'll just become skinny ripped, not muscular.

You can't build muscle and lose fat at the same time, unless you are obese or someone who has never touched a weight in their life but even then, it will only last for 1 month or 2 at most. Beginner gains can last for an entire year but they can't be gotten without bulking, or you may end up with 1 year worth of gains in 5 years because you were afraid of losing your precious abs.

Abs on a skinny guy are like boobs on an obese woman, they don't count. A DYEL is still a DYEL, even if he is leanmaxxed, and women will see that.

why does salt make you bloated
Sodium makes your body hold more water, it's a survival mechanism in the body. But usually, it's more the sodium fluctuations that matter, so someone who is used to consuming 2000 mg of sodium per day is not going to be bloated but someone who goes from 300 mg to 2000 mg in one day will be very bloated because their body isn't used to that level of sodium.

Hey actually recomp is a pretty viable strategy for the first year of training if you're over 15% bf. Check out Geoffrey Verity Schofield video on this

do aerobics, this way you save your bones and burn.
