depends i have posted pics here with hollow cheeks at around25 percent bf. with the mirror its uslaly light from behind you which highlights your zygos if you have them and makes you look lower bf in the face than you actually are. but irl people see 3d version of you so its acc. i always got good treatment from girls bc of this even though i was fat since puberty started. only for photos you need to be really lean and get model tier bf .
