It's hard to eat in a calorie deficit, it's more of like a mental challenge.
That's why you should trick your brain into thinking it's getting enough foods while still cutting your total calories WITH VOLUME EATING

For a severe cut, I eat: 408 calories a day while still feeling full
Just eat ONE MEAL A DAY and make A LETTUCE WRAP

Lettuce wrap full recipe:
- 1 lettuce leaf (never using 2 again that shit got messy) 1 calorie
- 200g carrots 70 calories
- 170g courgettes (actually tasty asf you could use them as fry replacement) 25 calories
- 2 large chicken drumsticks, skinless 202 calories
- 3 tbsp of pizza sauce or whatever 25 calories

Total: 324 calories

Combine this with 10km walk + resistance training: 500 calories burned (low estimate)

Assuming a 2000 calorie maintenance (like mine), it'd be similar to like eating nothing everyday while burning an additional 176 calorie from cardio. (hyper calorie deficit)

Based but u still need to get in Your protein so i suggest u just eat a bag of Real good chicken Tenders or nuggets a day 650 cals 115g of protein kinda expensive but u can just steal them tbh

It's kinda jfl I assume, nicely formatted text. Not sustainable, but you'll not die on this tbh.

These calorie calculators are fucked up they tell me my maintenance is like 2750kcal if I workout 3-4 times a week, that's a lot, I can easily go down to 1600-1700, but if I eat like 1200 it's getting pretty extreme, mind you I made 25.000 steps today and shiet.

Buddies don't go to low 500 is pussy deficit I agree, but not worth to go over 1000 deficit a day I think, losing muscles and stuff involved then.

or simply eat like 1000 kcals less and eat only meat with fruits, vegetables are cope, to minimize muscle loss and actually lose fat

nro you already have your tdee burning like 2k kcal a day you dont need to be burning 1kg a day, except if youre on dnp
 
If your going an aggressive cut the only valid method is 1200-1500 calories a day from animal foods. At 400 calories you probaby losing like half your muscle on the process, it’s not worth it.
