I just recently signed up for this website, and as I scroll through some forums. I see a bunch of people that have a common issue. They attach themselves to their own version of someone or somthing. Which causes them severe attachment issues. For instance In the case someone is talking and even dating a girl, and she brutally rejects them/ breaks up with them. They cannot seem to see things through an optimistic lens. Leading to them not being able to move on. The main excuse I hear or see on this website is looks. But even some of the most attractive guys to your standard have gotten rejected. Why? I don’t know. But I have a great guess l, that they had the shittiest personality. Or the shittiest outveiw of their life.
I find that behavioral habits such as example Given^. Is what’s causing these boys and men. Problems with self esteem. Low energy. Depression. And even problems within their dating life. It’s all a matter of controlling your mind. Thoughts will come and go 24/7 all day every day. when you think on the negative thoughts that pop up. It redirects your whole mindset, emotions, and sanity. Which in return destroys your happiness. Or the wall you built to not deal with those intense negative emotions. Now I want you the reader to think about what it would be like to just let the negative thoughts come to the conscious. Until it’s passed by a positive thought that came up. And then you your conscious thought on that positive thought. Redirected your energy and focus towards somthing that excites you. Or makes you get any sort of dopamine rush. That will cause you to see life from a lens of optimism. And help you thus more in your life.
No one finds a pessimistic personality attractive.
