We all spend years trying to find the perfect workout split, the perfect rep range, the perfect volume
but the truth is pretty simple: everyone’s body reacts differently.
Some people grow best with low‑rep heavy lifting .
Some grow with high‑rep lighter work.
Some thrive on high‑frequency training .
Some get completely wiped out by it.
So for the fitness influencer to sit there and tell you ´´this workout is the best way to grow´ is most of the time bullshit
For me, training almost every day is what made my muscles grow the most. People kept telling me I’d “fatigue maxx” and never gain anything, but I kept my sessions super minimal: one hard set, close to failure, leaving one or two reps in the tank. That was enough.
What´s also important is for you to be able to listen to your body, if you feel like you cant workout well the next day after working out, then don't, do it the next day.
But for that to work, your sleep and diet have to be on point. Eight to nine hours of real sleep. Consistent nutrition.
All I’m saying is: pay attention to what your body responds to. Try different approaches. Stick to the one that actually works for you. There’s no universal formula, just the one your body thrives on.
