What I mean is if you had genetics, you would've had a good base. Mouth-breathing is caused by your shitty bone structure so even if you stopped doing so, you would still turn out looking like an utter subhuman. Your skull base ends its development when you turn 2 years old.

I didn’t mouth breathe my tounge was just further forward in my mouth than it should’ve been. I got forward growth in mandible but not my maxilla.
