it depends i mean am i doing it from the bony ridge (infraorbital rim just below the eyelid) to ear daith or am i doing it much lower to the tragus

Can u explain? Is this about the angle u take the photo from
not really it's to do with head position, you will sometimes see people tilt their heads back/forwards which ends up changing angles such as forehead inclination. By standardising side profiles with frankfurt planes you prevent any of that happening and instead get a true sideprofile analysis

they do, people with no striking features but perfect ratios and angles generally will look good facially for example

yeah there is a version for the front as well but im talking about side profiles (the front is just your ear tragus to infraorbital rim going through to the other side)

ideally you shouldnt have to put yourself in the frankfurt plane you should use the exact head position for when you look into the mirror casually but people fraud to make their canthal tilt look better

I think it’s 2nd one I’m pretty sure it was from the tragion (2nd pic) to the infraorbital and not the tragus (first pic)

that's what i thought the first one your soft tissue covers the landmark so it makes no sense to use that one rather use just below the lower eyelid
