Outer U means masseter muscles and shit which is usually developed through chewing tough foods or gum.

Inner U is usually developed from good tongue posture and nose breathing. Its essentially the cheekbones which creates that hollow cheek look. All male models will have good inner and outer u
Some people can have good jaw but shit zygos so bad inner U but good outer U.
