This is my final post. Does this mean I will never ever visit the site again? Of course not. I will definitley come and click on a result if org pops up. Lets say if Im having bad under eyes I will probably search up a thread through google.
I have had crazy mood swings and I act really bipolar as many of you may see reading my posts. This is primarily because of accutane - which absolutely causes crazy ass shifts in my mood - it isnt uncommon for people to rope using accutane. Since I will be going out in the sun in 4 weeks time in the scorching heat in cali, and I have not had a pimple for literally like 2 months now, I have got all I wanted accutane so it will be my final day on the medication.
Anyways before I leave I want to give one helpful thread. There is finally a good ending for me after neeting for 2 years and it seems like all the bad shit is coming to an end and the storm is over for my life.
This video helps explain a lot of the things I am going to talk about. And how I am going to be out for the summer, and how you should to. You shouldnt go raw turkey into this shit, as you shouldnt with most things in life.
This will be how to anxiety min. This process is an overall life change for the better. If your on here your probably absolutely sucked dry by content and put into horrible algorithim loopholes that only cause brain damage, to the point where your paralyzed and cant do shit.
1. De-escelating content
Type of content to avoid
- Porn
- Short-form content - unrealistic expectations of the world
- Reddit/Forum type content
- Twitter
- Instagram (strictly should be reserved for you posting pictures or communicating with irls , do not use it for any other function)
- YouTube (to a degree, minimize the time you spend on it)
- Gaming Online by yourself
- Ragebait content - politics and other slop
- News
Substitutes so you dont end up sitting on the home page of your desktop
- Gaming (singleplayer story games)
- Gaming with friends
- Going for a walk
- Watching movies, popcorn time is an amazing app u can install on ur desktop if u wanna see the top rated best movies for free
- Gymcelling
- Audiobooks, podcasts, music
- Reselling stuff on vinted, buy shit and resell it on other platforms like ebay
- Helping around the house
I use the blocksite add on to help do this and stop me in my track if Im going to do any of these.
2. Increasing overall mood and acceptance socially
May sound cliche, but you need to redirect and ask more questions, even if you are quite inroverted, not a talkative person - if you atleast enquire about others you will do well. There are people who are absolute direct polar opposites who u wondered how they were friends in school. A lot of peoples conversations consist of talking about their problem, then the other person being apologetic, then listing their problems. By asking questions I dont mean asking long questions like "how was your day today".
Already from de-escelating content your move will improve substantially. You also need to remove self doubt, I for some reason thought I was cooked , despite 2 years NEETing that Im fucked and this is my life from now on. Brother. In lockdown you NEETed for 2 years, probably going back to school, or going to wherever was insanely fucking diffucult the first few weeks, they are just your brightest of moments so you dont remember it.
List what your grateful for. I know Im crying about not doing shit, being lonely, but I gurantee you in a couple months time when Im going to my school everyday again I will be fucking exhausted from waking up early , and all this shit. Treat your time alone as if its a vacation, you will be out there soon again, you will be missing some aspects of having a bunch of spare time, sleeping whenevr u want etc.
3. You are what you eat
I am coming to the end of my leanmaxxing soon. I had realized my mood was at its peak, when I ate animal based. You can fix your sweet urges, carb urges, meat urges, its all included, and is overall healthier, so why you wouldnt do it after you achieved your weight goal, I wouldnt understand. Eating animal based isnt a challenge at all, you just need to have everything purchased. Why eat sugary slop, when u can just eat a bunch of greek yogurt with honey, and your stomach feel completely fine.
4. Don't take yourself so seriously
If you have done all the things above, then the final cherry on top is just not taking yourself seriously. You literally have one life, whether you want to keep rotting is your choice, life doesnt slow down or stop for anyone whilst your looksmaxxing, figuring shit out you want to do. This is what I've realised. There is a sort of beauty to realising, that society keeps running. You look at your old school, there are students going through the exact same shit u did, living basically the same shit you lived a couple years ago.
When you realise, nothing ever happens, you realise although the troubles our generation may have, compared to hundreds of years previously, it isnt bad. You can take a flight to brazil, chill at the beach play soccer at the beach. You will never see said people again, they will see you a foreigner and probably play with u, wont even understand u at all, will have no judgement of u probably either. (I did this shit in spain not brazil but still).
I feel like a lot of people on here are really hoping for the "male loneliness epidemic" or some shit to get so bad to the point the government steps in, or something radical happens. Nothing ever happens, life goes on. Look foward to nature, travelling, hanging out with friends, or the friends you will make eventually if you are even a chud who hates everyone , it is impossible to not make friends if your not rotting in the next couple years.
You should do hard work or do something for the sake of the process of doing it, not to see results. When I did boxing I didnt go everyday expecting progress and to get better everyday, there are bad days, there are good days. Just enjoy the process of doing it. There arent a million eyes on you, no one even knows you exist, and everything is forgotten within 72 hours anyway, and people move on. Probably no one gives a single thought to you.
This isnt to say looksmaxxing is invalid, but once you have reached MTN or above, everything I wrote here is law and will get you far more than ascending and compensating with trying to get another point psl. Chances are most of us arent autistic, neurodivergent, we are just in echochambers, and are self diagnosing a lot of the time. You are fine and normal.
Don't be in a shit mood for another summer, don't be a free agent in life.
