My diet for anyone interested: liver and oysters once a week, milk everyday and lots of it, 12 eggs a week, lots of dairy, potatoes some white rice, lots of coffee with added sugar and gelatin, lots of fruit juices and sugar, no muscle meat. Gave me good bones and good skin while reversing my hypothyroidism and also a raging libido(only to exposure I dont seek out porn but when I fap it feels good with no post nut syndrome/depression)

Why no meat

muscle meats are high in tryptophan cysteine and methionine which are pro aging. I do eat muscle meats very rarely as they taste good and offer creatine and protein, but its definitely not a staple.

THey wouldnt because modern diet lacks micronutrients , the vegetables nowadays contain waaaaaaay less nutrients than organic ones which also contain less nutrients than those farmed on healthy fertile soil . Straight up sugar is never good, furthermore the phosphoric acid is bad for you.
