Brocels, I think if you don't have a bone problem you could never climb psl. You have already (for many of you) reached your genetic potential. Lefort 2 / Lefort 1 impaction or augmentation / bimax (...) Are the legit results that ensure a real face transformation. Everything else (i.e. implants in the mandibule or in other parts of the face to create false bones) or Canthoplasty (Aka taban) are not really psl augmentation procedures (exempt rare results of implants but it's one in 1000 that will appear natural) .. I have hardly ever seen anyone go up (psl) after canthoplasty or jaw implant without looking weird for example .. well it's surely possible obtain sub orbital implants for dark circles or other bullshit but if we are ugly before that we will stay ugly after ...

afterwards if you have an ultra big or hunchbacked nose you can increase ur psl with rhinoplasty .. but i think the vast majority of the guys here have a normal nose so another rhinoplasty would only make your head worse and make it look weird.

Finally, I think that for a person who's not sub-human but who remains normal by his physical features, it's almost always over. The only way up for a normal person would be to find a surgeon who would do obo / increase (or decrease) the ipd / change the shape of the skull / Would increase the pfl with false implants / shorter the nose ... But these surgeries are not news yet I think (maybe in a long time?)

this is my point of view, I hope that some will prove me the opposite of course.

Really?

jaw implant without looking weird for example ..
Far too many positive results to ignore.

In fact even a bimax does not guarantee a significant PSL increase.

I don't think a lot of people here have a recessed face / with a gummy smile / face too short
There are many here that are high normies without bone problems.

Otherwise of course bimax will never guarantee 100% to go up, but the chances of this side are relatively high (harmony of the face)

a jaw implant is a better bet for the average person, who isn't recessed into oblivion, than bimax. Far less invasive and tedious, financially and physically and the results, if done well are fairly good.

if the person doesn't have a sub-human jaw (vertically recessed as in those who sleep with their mouth open), I think that adding an implant would not be of much use in reality (I've seen a lot of instances where the jaw becomes big and weird, which spoils the overall harmony of the face even though you think it's better afterwards. Adding an implant to a healthy face will only be weird (prove me the opposite, I would be delighted)

Keep coping. Taban got me a great result

on the other hand having jaw implants after bimax could well make it indeed. you still have to have bimax just before

I agree if only because it validates my belief that I'm a chained-up gigachad kept in place by mouthbreathing

I agree, but I think there's a genetic component nobody considers, where the type of guy who goes on looksmax (or the type of guy with bdd for that matter) is very likely to be recessed. It's almost like I've had this picture of how I should look my whole life and it doesn't fit what I look like due to epigenetics, that's what drove me to looksmax in general. If your genetics expect you to be chad and you act like a chad in your day to day life and with women, it causes problems because your behavior is incongruent with the reality of having spent a childhood mouthbreathing, this is a much bigger clue to start looksmaxxing than someone who is genetically ugly trying to add fillers and implants.
