Is Lefort 1-2 worth getting if it’s mostly for cosmetic reasons?
Most people on this site tell me it’s will help me ascend but others say it’s not worth it I’m kinda capped out on softmaxxing so please give me some advice on what to do my bite it pretty good also

lf1 would throw your harmony off, lf2 is not worth the risk + you don't necessarily need it.

Lefort 2-3 is for severe deformities or traumatic injuries to the skull, and you definitely do not need any type of jaw surgery
