I understand it's quite common for people to discuss a Lefort 2/3 when they would never undergo these procedures, but for someone with my bones the price and recovery seem reasonable.
My health insurance will likely cover a standard bimax so I'm wondering how well implants (considering Dr Eppley) could mimic the upper maxilla?
