Le fort basically break all your nose cartilage so you should get nose job too. Nose widening wont matter cus you are getting nose job in same time

How will you prevent nasal widening in ur bimax

Probably impossible but I am looking in to discussing with a surgeon if a high LF1 widens a bit less. If not, I have to get a Septoplasty anyways, so may just get a septorhino and have it all done.
