I'm an Asian and I recently went to a well known maxillofacial surgeon in my area. However, even though I have an extremely flat face typical of asians, he told me that in my case, since there is no overbite / underbite, he wouldn't perform surgery on me. He also warned me that if I were to get lefort 1 there was a significant risk of my teeth becoming retruded (inturned). I simply cannot accept living with a flat maxilla like this for the rest of my life, is there any way I can fix this?
I went to other surgeons and was told my profile is 'normal' (basically, I'm a flat faced recessoid), is it true that lefort 1 can't help me? what can i do?

No ramus and a very steep gonial angle are ruining your side profile

you could get counter clockwise rotation or a downwards movement

Yeah, what is the best fix for reducing my downgrowth? Lf1? Also do you think the other points of facial convexity are okay or do they all need to be brought forward? I feel like my face is extremely flat but these bluepilled surgeons are always on some 'muh functionality' cope. Is there any way to avoid the risks of retruded teeth?

Your frontal lobe bone is so behind and you dont have a strong protruding browbridge to back it up.

Advancing further will make you look like a monkey

Why not? My eyebrows are high-low ~ low-medium set, which isn't too bad for asian. With implants could I not whitemaxx my supras, and then move my maxilla forward with bimax?

No. I cant live as a mongoloid. I'd rather rope
jaw surgery and a supra implants arent going to make you look white. you could advance both jaws by an inch and youd still look asian. the area around your eyes is way more detrimental when it comes to race, and jaw surgery isnt going to address that. asians have a forward grown zygo bone (including the thin part that connects to the forehead) which imo is the no1 factor that defines the asian look

Water, thats why Im getting supras and rhino. It'll make the eye area look more white at least from the front

Ok, isn't that unfixable though? Any other ways I can maximize perceived whiteness? (Im already getting double eyelid ans epicanthal fold removed) I don't want to look 100% fully white, because it would be uncanny, but I want to pass as wasian. Just as least mongoloid as possible.

i think so. rhino with radix augmentation and supras + infras to create deeper set eyes seem to be the best option. technically there is the tripod osteotomy which allows you to reposition the malar bone incl the frontal process, but i have yet to see any b/a from that procedure. would likely be a common procedure in korea if it were viable.

if you only get lefort 1 and no mandible advancement there is a chance of that happening cause it would just give you an overbite without any lower jaw support
get a djs from a blackpilled surgeon like pagnoni bro

Thanks, and what would you do about the asian maxilla?

He doesn't operate on gooks and I'd prefer a gook surgeon since hed be used to gook skulls

why is it not viable? does the brain get exposed through the undereyes?

then just get double jaw advancement with ccw
Do you think my mandible needs to be brought forward as well, atm i just want to bring my upper haw forward so my midface is more caucasoid

i assume its not viable because if it were, it would be very popular in countries like korea. there are more than enough asians who want to look white, but since the only common procedure that is performed on the malar bone shaves off only the lower part, i assume there must be a good (medical) reason for why tripod isnt used for setting back the entire malar area.

yes, why would you wanna have a overbite
if you don’t have an underbite lefort 1 is suboptimal imo
