Basically I wanna know if the end of the nose will be more projected after a lefort 1. and how to achieve it.

@SixCRY @LooksOverAll @Acromegaly_Chad @RealSurgerymax

I've talked to surgeons about it and they said there's 0 way to predict it. Even a top surgeon who has published papers on nose changes after lefort 1 said the same thing. Some will upturn, some will be more projected, some will just have better paranasal support, etc. It's a good idea to be prepared to get rhinoplasty after/during the surgery.

Im specifically asking ONLY for the projection of the point where your nose starts. I’m 100% getting a rhino but this you can not change with a rhino. Im not sure you get what I mean

Here is what I mean.
The mouse points at the beginning of the nose in the first pic. In the second it’s far more projected due to a moved maxilla. Atleast that’s what I imagine or want to happen.

I get what you mean, but sometimes the tip of the nose itself will project outwards and other times the nose will stay in the exact same spot and only get smaller.

Like here's 2 different cases:

2637095 chimpside
2637096 chimpsideafter 2

First guy's entire nose tip projected forward, but the second one only got more support and fullness and the nose tip itself didn't change.

Yeah, I get exactly what you mean. I really need that to project more as well for my case but I think rotation, expansion amount, and individual anatomy play a part. I've seen results where the nose tip projected forward, which I really want, and others where only the teeth projected forward and the nose stayed relatively the same.

That area WILL become fuller though, but the nose itself may or may not move alongside it.

what cutting around the ANS does to a mf
The surgeon really had no choice tbh given the patient's nose. The guy who got it was a retard for getting bimax in the first place.

@Sheyko 's bimax does not count. He has BDD and did not need a bimaxillary surgery. Furthermore he is still bloated in the after and pictures are afftected by different angle and lens distortion
Still, the nose looks terrible and didn't change (in a good way) at all.

Linear advancement (with flat okklusional plane): unpredictable

CW Rotation or downgrafting (yellow arrow): Chimp Lip, little to no fullness to the nose.

CCW Rotation (green): additional fullness and upturn, IF the white circled area doesn't get impacted/shaved down. Obwegeser explained it like this.

That's my understanding.

Fuck. I'm most likely getting linear advancement. Going to be scary af looking in the mirror for the first time after surgery not knowing if I'll still have my droopy nose or a monkey upturned nose.

Getting some fullness and upturn via CCW would be amazing for my case but $30k for CCW vs free for linear (at least for now since idk if my local surgeon does CCW).
