Lefort 1 makes the nostrils bigger?

My nostrils are already flared out like a little rats, so I'm gonna have to shell out another $15k after I get bimax?

If your nose looks like that, you probably don't need lefort. My nostrils aren't even visible from the front because of how droopy my nose is as a result of my maxilla.

u cant generalise it. but people say 5mm+ is big. surgeons usually do a special stitch to prevent the nose from widening but it doesn't help all the time
