Here’s an x- ray I was diagnosed with maxillary sinus hypoplasia ( one side is black other is white) can anyone tell if theirs any more deformities? Also for reference if I do try to get lefort one my palate is 35.3 mm for UR6, I shave wisdom teeth also coming in and sleep apnea test results will be sons what surgery should I plan for I also am asymmetrical .
