Lefort 1 midface

Ideal mid face height now but my maxilla is kinda flat and im gonna get a Lefort 1 with ccw rotation, since this makes the mid face shorter what can I do to get the ccw rotation while maintaining my mid face height the same? Is a downgraft a viable option? My smile is perfect right now no gum exposure so im not sure if a downdraft is a good idea
