Is anyone aware of any LF1 before and afters where the Anterior Nasal Spine was significantly advanced as part of the Lefort 1 bloc thus making the nasofrontal angle more acute (nasion stays where it is, nose tip moves forward, angle changes)?

Maybe in combination with rhinoplasty but ideally just from the Lefort 1.

The angle you are identifying in that image is the nasolabial angle not nasofrontal. LeFort 1 by definition advances the ANS. LeFort 1 also does not move the nose tip forward. Typically it just becomes more upturned if anything. This angle may become more acute but not for the reasons you suggest. It is because the alar base remains stationary with everything below coming forward that the angle will typically become more acute. This should present to some degree on almost all LeFort 1 linear advancements B&As. Its effects on this angle will depend on your incisor inclination, amount of rotation, and preexisting lip shape.

Here is an image which I think pairs A-B shows the nose tip being rotated by LF1.

I did copy the wrong photo before, this is the right one.

I wonder if a higher lefort 1 cut would have more of a pronounced effect.

Mine is extremely obtuse. How do you make the nasolabial angle more acute in an LF1?
Shave the ANS?

Orthodontics can help with that if it’s caused by your top incisors being retroclined and not supporting your lip as they should.

Also a sub-spinal LF1 can be done, it’s wrong to say LF1 always moves the ANS, you can find examples online.

I'm going to do nosepulling before/after lefort to make sure my nasolabial angle does not become too acute and feminine
