Ok, it seems like I have two options to fix my post-premolar extraction cooked maxilla. I'm hoping to fix it with proper orthodontics and get around 3–6mm of forward growth. I’ll probably end up spending thousands of dollars just to fix it, 'cause my nose and lips look off due to that recession. I'm 16.9 years old now, and I'm planning to talk to another ortho since I know enough about my bite already

is it viable at 23 and is there no forward growth for sure? and what about palate expanders
