Lefort 1 question

So basically I was speaking with my ortho and he suggested I get SARPE + Lefort 1 or 2 ( I can't remember which) with a septoplasty at the end

So naturally I was pretty excited to fix my underbite, only to go home and look up pictures of lefort 1 and find out some people look worse afterwards

So I'm wondering how best to avoid a negative result face-wise, what should I say to my surgeon? P.S. my maxilla in around 8 or 9 mm recessed compared to my mandible, if this helps. Thanks

@vexd I'll try see if they can do that, also my lower teeth are tipped back towards my upper teeth if that changes anything
