Your mandible doesn't look recessed to me.
You might still need double jaw surgery to get the best outcome though.
According to your ceph tracing, the mandible might be too far forward.
I'm generally against the idea of BSSO setback but it might be necessary if LF1 advancement is greater than 5mm.

ill probably try to get my surgeon to go with this treatment

i saw some forums talking about cheekbone and eye improvement etc.,do you know if i will get this benefits anyway or only if the surgeons work specifically to improve facial structure and not just the smile?
its cause where i plan to go,they talked more about a good bite then major face improvement.
surgeon said that with the lefort 1 he can improve the above mouth,and nose sides area and push it forward a bit and he advised me to go to psychological support for surgery to prepare me for changes in looks that i might not like…why would he do that if its obvious my face will improve majorly+he said he can improve it

He probably recommended you what he is the best capable of performing, it is a good plan and asking him to do procedures he's less capable of might leave you botched imo
