Maxillary recession is absolutely brutal. you can have everything be perfect, but its just a bit backward. Boom, you register as a boneless breatheless fuck to every foid existing on earth. Its brutal, I am sick to my stomach. I'll live in pain forever, even if I get it fixed. nothing will fix the bitterness of wasting my youth over this.

get consultations at multiple maxillofacial surgeons, thats what i did. then i got CT scans and now in braces to prepare

I understand your pain. I also have a recessed maxilla. It does suck but I try to stay optimistic as I am decent looking in most other aspects and I anticipate the day where I enter the surgery room and get high on the laughing gas and become low inhib for a few minutes and then after a blur and several that feels like a blink I am awoken with my new face.
