depends on ur problems but it literally adds the advancement of ur whole nasal complex and the lateral walls of ur eye sockets forward so its a pretty solid difference

Lefort 1 with implants is highly preferred for 99% of patiens unless you’re deformed. Theres no functional benefit to Lefort 2 for patients with malocclusion, and implants can do the same aesthetically at a fraction of the risk.
