lefort 1 vs segmental lefort 1 vs MSE for narrow palate

I'm going to Turkey for consultations in 2 weeks.

I will %100 be getting a bimax within the next 2 years maximum

Because I have a narrow palate(6 tooth smile), would it be best to get segmental lefort 1 out of these 3 options? since im getting a bimax anyway

Don't do MSE if you've already started orthodontic treatment for bimax.
If you're in England, my understanding is that there are no official providers for MSE anyway.
Quality of orthodontic treatment is badly outdated here anyway, not that I think much of MSE.

I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Burak Sercan Erçin. Since he is a plastic surgeon, he can evaluate the face comprehensively. If there's also a need for rhinoplasty, he can perform that at the same time as well.
