It depends on the bone healing process, what you do and overall the movement, but let's say you get few mm's, then it takes 2-3 weeks usually.

Yes it was with it for me. Almost 9mm forward and lots of CCW rotation on maxilla and it was a three piece to widen it, then a bigggg 16+mm mandible movement to follow and cheek implants. Jaws were subhuman tho, so wouldn’t be worth it if was just a few mm.

I’d say 5-6mm+ forward on either jaw is where you start to look into it. Anything less is just not close to worth it unless you’ve got horse face downward growth, rotation would be worth it alone.

My mandible looks insanely good, it literally didn’t exist before and now it looks like he did neck lift on me yet all he did was move it forward and rotate it, no cosmetic neck work. However, My midface is a balloon still. Puffy cheeks that make me look round. Another few months until I look like the “final product”, brutal waiting game.

End of March this year. Got lucky with some insurance coverage on hospital so all in was like 52k not including airbnb for 2 weeks there. I heard most people get charged double for Gunson so either I got lucky or he used bunk Chinese plates on me and it’s over
