how long after this bullshit surgery can I train, I read everywhere. muhhhh 2 weeks this that what could happen if I train 4 days after will I explode ?

had enough of Claude chat gpt and all these goy ai telling me the conservative answer I want real experience from someone that did it
 
I mean i wouldnt lift hard untill 2 months, but many does either way. It depends on hoe much you trust the hardware

You shouldn't trust any hardware. No matter how hard and safe you think it is, at the end of the day the screws can have micro movements inside your bone and cause relapse because the bone is not as rigid.
applying pressure to the hardware could end very badly.
If you grind your teeth while you lift i suggest you don't do heavy lifting until your doctor says you don't need the hardware anymore. (full bone union via CT)

I mean many people grind at night, but yea i would stay ssafe for 3 months even half a year

guys its so fucked up a girl that use to flirt with me as soon as I got those braces on called me her brother, now ur telling me no training too like wtf what if I dont ascend il literally end it thats so brutal
