Seen this guy WandoAscends on my Insta, who claims he’s saving up for a LF2. Made me wonder how many results of LF2 are there? (besides that one guy who went to Giant and deformed patients)

If he's being serious (which I highly doubt) then why on earth would he need a Lefort II. Chances are he read up on some .org threads and made this (presumably joke) decision on a whim. His midface and lower third look decently developed. His biggest failos are easily his buggy eyes and inbred eyebrows.

A fat transfer to his eyelids + some eyebrow bleaching would ascend him far more. He's going to end up dogmaxxed with a Lefort II JFL.

I know people champion strong eyebrows here but inbred Kurdish eyebrows are so much more of a failo. Trim and bleach those things.

Dogmaxxing is good but your nasal needs to be also extended. Lefort 2 literally does this
