Is it possible to get a Lefort 2 and ccw rotation without getting a bsso my mandible isn’t that short but midface is fucked and not getting a bsso would save me money I wonder if there’s a surgeon in Europe who could do it and the price

No CCW rotation is only achieved by cutting maxilla and BSSO not possible without
