It literally didn't change much for him. He would need to stack another lf1 with ccw on it for a decent result and that would have ascended him much more in the first place instead of doing the lf3.

His lower jaw is too short, but he could probably be saved with genio alone, doesn‘t need another full jaw surgery if the teeth touch, just remodeling the chin / jaw a bit and thats it.
