I visited Pakistan last year, a University in Lahore with so many experienced Maxillofacial surgeons they did the surgeries mentioned on here like double jaw for significantly cheaper. Im going again this year and will also get back in contact with my friend in training there to see if they do Lefort 3. If they will do Lefort 3, which is most likely, they’d definitely be willing to do it on non syndrome patients for the right price (£1000 to them is like £10,000). Some of the surgeons there are better than US surgeons aswell. Ill find out what I can and report back here.

But are rhey willing to perform it on non deformed patients and not at a crazy price?

Ascend or die mirin
They can perform on non deformed people, that’s why it’s only 3. There are dozens if not hundreds of docs who can do one otherwise.

Regarding price, I haven’t enquired, but I know one of them does Orbital Box Osteotomy (also on nondeformed people) for about 40K

Seriously though, it isn't worth risking your life and looks at the hands of a much more sketchy place. The benefits of doing it in an established setting while being able to recover more comfortably is infinitely more valuable (in case something happens to go wrong).

JFL if you think doing the surgery in America is better. These Amerifaggot docs might give you an infection or fuck up the surgery altogether.

Although JFL at doing it in India as well?

I mean where else would u do it. Obviously even if u go to the best american doctors there's an inherent risk but its still much better than doing in some shithole surgery center.
