lefort 3 osteotomy

At this point we all know that a lefort 3 double jaw surgery is the one true way to ascend (in theory atleast) but are there even any reputable ethical doctors that would perform it at all other than congenital cases? A lefort 1 would make me look like an ape. Im willing to undergo surgery and have the means to but am feeling quite defeated now.
