I searched up lefort patients on google and came across a doctor study on a lefort 3 patient that apparently had been stabbed in the face and beaten (realised this like midway, thought it was cosmetic at first hand). I assumed it was text only for research, but then i got fucking flashbanged by pictures of the patient with all the injuries and stab wounds before the surgery

Lefort 2+ is usually only used for facial reconstruction never for cosmetic
Besides that one retard that got lefort 2 for cosmetic just to still be ugly
