okay so i genuinely have a recessed lower jaw but a perfect bite (well aware that means my maxialla is also probably recessed) but i am coping like hell rn by hoping that i can get a lefort covered by insurance if its "medically neccisary" which i personally think it could be (i have poor sleep apnea and have always slept like shit, along with CONSTANT skeletal pain and aches) ill attach some reference pics, pls lmk what i can pull out of my ass while talking to my doctors because i am going to see my sleep specialist soon.

your jaw isn't bad enough to get prescribed a lefort surgery at all never mind for free, unless you are able to fraud some insane sleep apnoea, you'll have to save up for implants as it looks more like lack of bones in the jaw area rather than recession.

I think if you don't have any issues like your bite or breathing, you should only do a genio. It will give you 90% of the results of a bimax. and its is cheap and way less invasive

you need just a regular jaw surgery and maybe some zygomatic + maxillary implants along with a genioplasty and rhinoplasty just by looking at this one picture, maybe a blepharoplasty too, but none of this shit is getting given to you for free so I guess start saving

def not extremely recessed but its very un-ideal, and i feel it makes my nose look even more off as far as my side profile goes.
