Lefort III Alternatives

I am planning to do a bimax
but many people say one could get
a chimp look
(does anyone have pictures of such cases)

Could one combine bimax with implants to achieve the same visual
Effect as Lefort III

I appreciate any advice/links from

- Nose bridge implant or filler (it lasts 12-24 months)

only a retard (who does not suffer maxillary hypoplasia) would risk blindness and nerve damage for a Lefort 3

I sadly have midface hypoplasia (not uncommon in East Asians) and find the idea of LeFort III very weird as well, but for getting more forward growth there is no alternative, I need to get a LeFort III osteotomy for a better midface.
