Lefort on short philtrum

I am currently planning a lefort 1, I have an underbite an have an extremely short philtrum, literally 4:1 chin to Philtrum ratio lol I constantly have my teeth open 10mm because it looks fucked. I’m wondering if standard lefort will actually make my philtrum longer, since my teeth are in a deep bite, and when they touch I think it may give more length since my upper teeth currently sit abit lower then my bottom teeth when I bite down, I know a downgraft will still probs be needed but would it make my short ass philtrum look any longer. Any help appreciated
