Hi,

Will I benefit from LeFort? (I or II) or BiMax?

Also, any advice on what surgeries will benefit my eyes? It's kinda buggy sometimes and I want it to be slightly hunter. I don't want to squint 24/7

also planning a rhino to fix the bulbous tip. Dunno what it's called tho.

What's ur bite?

U would benefit from lefort alone only if you are class 3

Also your smile? Gummy or toothless

You don't seem to be a candidature for bimax, you already have forward growth

Lip lift, you have strange philtrum from front, seems like long midface

What do you mean by class 3?

my bite is normal, however, when I smile it's almost toothless. Been considering a lip lift long time ago but worried about the scars.

when I jut my jaw my ramus and gonial angle are very ideal, that's why I was considering advancing maxilla and mandible.

i appreciate your advice. Hope you can guide me more.

Double jaw surgery do nothing to your gonial angle , jutting ur jaw is not a BSSO

You better get a lip lift than a lefort 1 for teeth show, maybe it will
help with the smile

If it doesn't help then yes you can have a Lefort 1 by downgraft but they will do a clockwise rotation which will pull your chin slightly behind

Trust sixcry. That mfer knows his shit. Class 3 refers to a type of malocclusion. Class 1 is overbite afaik. Class 2 is deep bite. And 3 underbite ? Just a guess. 1 quick google search and you know

Thank you brother. I think I lack mass on my masseters. Is it alright if I train them? I'm afraid of CW movement since I already have forward growth.

thinking about it.

Can't fucking understand people who reply but contribute nothing. Or those people who argue 24/7 and get a hard on from winning it. Classic example of men who never been inside a girl smh

You stupid fucking bitch , lefort and bimax are not separate things. Lefort is part of bimax it is the osteotomy for the top jaw. Bimax means both jaws so your question doesn’t even make sense.

Highly doubt any surgeon would perform surgery on you. I literally see nothing wrong. It’s not perfect but not due to your maxilla or mandible. More due to soft features imo

Long philtrum. Slightly hooked and bulbous nose.

that’s for the side profile.

your jaw lacks width. I heard you can widen the ramus with bsso or maybe in other ways as well. Fillers n implants n shit. But yeah still doubt anyone would do anything regarding cutting your bones. It’s a very invasive procedure

Greycels aggressive as fuck

Op your side profile is alright. I don’t see the need for nomad or lefort.
Main thing I see is asymmetry. Your right eyebrow is higher then your left same with your eye? Wait even your right cheekbone is higher up. Tbh I don’t even know whatsdk if you’re striking a pose but that’s what I see.

your skin looks like shit. Hate to be blunt but fix that ASAP. And don’t fraud with makeup but visit a dermatologist.

Start k-pop hairstylemaxxing. You know that middle part that females adore. Yea hop on that shit. Realistically I would just get a filler if you have uee or Botox for browridge. But start doing these things first.

Good luck op

Bro your side is literally too good for any surgeon to even consider operating on you tbh.

You're not even recessed I think for them to consider you for Bimax.

Also lefort is included in bimax surgery

Thanks for your response. I lack mandible width but I was thinking of chewing to hyperthrophy my masseters. My only concern is that I've read somewhere this causes CW rotation.

I just came from derma. Got TCA cross and co2 laser done so it kinda looks like shit when I took this pic. Assymmetry yes, I think it's because of my masseter? My right one is more hyperthrophied than my left one. I was thinking of wraparound implants to improve my mandible.

Thanks bro. Mewing works 😂

@SixCRY is chewing beneficial for mandible width? I'm afraid of CW rotation.

Idk for chewing

Study say it does a CW movement of the maxilla and CCW of mandibule but to get bone remodeling at 18+ u need take some drugs but idk

Never saw a chewing ascension

Chewing will not cause cw rotation, If you are a fully grown adult. Just as mewing does nothing. Your bones don’t change. What can change however is your masseter muscle but I doubt you will get noticeable results from chewing tbh. Unless you couple it with steroids.

tho it’s true That to much chewing in a young age can result in a cw rotation and malocclusion.

OP you don't need Bimax.
Here is my suggestion on your looksmaxxing
1. Rhino
2. get clear skin
3. be NT
4. read before you post:)

I think rhino and implants would be much better

But I recommend to check on your airway if it's optimal do implants, rhino, orbital decompression and upper lip lift

Can airway quality worsen with surgeries?

Btw your looks are above average so with only implants you're going to ascend

Say Rhinoplasty, Genioplasty, and various implants.
No they're actually going to improve your breathing it just you don't want to do them when your problems of looks and airway are caused by small jaws
And if you did a rhino than you discovered you have small airway if you did djs you'll run into potential problems

Oh okay. I don't think I have any breathing issues per se (not that I know of), but I do plan to get rhinoplasty and genioplasty for aesthetic reasons.

Do you nose breath when you sleep? And check for your airway
If you do nose breath when you sleep and your airway is optimal you can do a rhino and genio

I do, but I do see some drool (sorry if this is gross) time to time. But I am always nose breathing to my knowledge when I wake up.

Orbital implants and rhino + chad

If you live with someone ask if your mouth is open during soeep and if you if you inhale air with your nose or with your mouth
This wouldn't make you a candidate to djs but there's a sign of a problem and you would want to fix it before doing any procedures

I don't have the recessed phenotype look so I am not sure. I have a pretty wide jaw.

I have asked relatives, but IDK how closely they were looking. Apparently I don't snore though and they claim I nose breathe. But is it possible occasionally I slip up and mouth breathe?

Yeah it depends on the problem that it caused by and it could be from bad function
Snoring is a sign of a problem but many people don't snore and have bad airway.

If you're comfortable sharing your photos for further analysis send me a dm of your photos

its rare that lefort or bsso are performed separately, bimax advances both bones to keep it proportional.
