all the surgery procedures of looksmax here are in the end only camouflages of a fucking Lefort 3+bsso. Ironically though, the only true brutal ascent surgery is banned

I hope one day modified lefort 3 will be edible, it's much less invasive than L3 but the results are very good too

The main problem with modified lefort 3 is that it keeps your nose recessed still.

Not such a big problem, nasal implant can camouflage it if the nose becomes "pig" , in addition on a Jewish nose it's lifefuel cuz the nose becomes more small, forward and aesthetic so.. I would say it depends

Yeah it could work for some but if your nose is flat or average you’d need a rhino as well which is kind of a shame in my opinion since it wouldn’t be bone in your nose.

Honestly, if for example one day someone asks me if I did something to my nose, I would say "it broke during football bro ". Now imagine having to to research an excuse at your gf when one day she notices you did jaw/chin/cheeks implants

One day maybe it will be fairy widely available for cosmetics but I need a lefort 10 to cut every damn bone in my body and advance it ngl
