Leforte 3?

Some people might have seen this a while ago when i was planning to get bimax but im not that stupid anymore. I know i need some kind of Leforte but idk if i need 1 2 or 3 (prob 3). Also how risky is the proceedure and who are the best surgeons for it. Not gonna yap bc no point.

pretty sure lefort 1 is realistically the only option you should consider, which usually includes bimax (done post-op to balance the facial changes due to lf1). lf2 and 3 are far too invasive and risky to be done purely for cosmetical reasons

the surgeon will tamper and displace your entire midface, so roughly everything below the red line except your lower jaw i think, reserved only to victims of severe head trauma. pretty self explanatory but yea a myriad of problems comes with it, u can look up the details i dont know everything. theres no way in hell that youre gonna be able to get it from a licensed surgeon, unless of course you resort to desperate ones that are in need of money, again too risky. look how brutal that looks bro
