And i bet some are serious; now i would like to now where it comes this idea. Do we have any before & after of L2 or Mod L3 just for aesthetics and not functional reasons?

They are functional surgeries for near deformed people, not to reduce nasolabial folds or because you wanna look like @Dr Shekelberg 's avi
