Left cheek of my face is fatter

Left cheek is fatter. Had an xray at the dentist for unreltated reasons my bones are symettrical so what could have caused my right side to be slimmer/hollower. When i place my fingers to pinch my cheeks the left one is definitely thicker. any fixes?!?!

thanks bro ive been bulking recently cause ive been going gym alot might hit a cut until they even out again.

i'm also bulking, remember, being lean is where life is best don't fall for the bulk meme just get to a female gaze physique which might take 1 or 2 years depending on genes, and then cut hard to where your face is lean, but you have a thick neck, good shoulders, decent chest and abs
