Hello everyone, hope you are doing well and being blessed by God's grace, I want to ask you for help and hope you can respond respectfully

Ive left this forum for a while, unironically now I need more information, I started working out and going to the gym to build a more masculine body, the problem I have is that I eat a lot but gain too little and almost impossible to grow muscle, I don't know if it is caused by a problem or is just a different issue like body type and metabolism, also I want to improve my face on skin quality or bones if it is possible yet by non surgical procedures, this days I have a problem where I wake up super bloated and others not bloated at all, my sleep schedule is constant and I has around 11 to 9 hours of un-interrupted sleep, I've tried sleeping on my back but I find it hard to adapt

What I need help from you are non cope softmaxxes and any advise to look better, I'd consider myself mtn O mmtn (almost no difference) but I truly yearn to reach htn for guide and for you to help I'll attach some pictures and videos of me, and with videos I mean some stupid tik tok drafts I never uploaded, what I ant to do Is to have a little more lashes or brows but all I hear is dying them, I honestly would rather find a solution to grow more or to make the filament stronger

I want to mention something, that I hope you can have an answer for it, I have a problem breathing I know that we don't use the two nose holes to breath but in one the oxygen passes way quicker than another I didn't had any accident that could affect my nose or my tabique

With the gym problem I describe first at the second part of the thread, maybe you didn't read it all and I don't blame you
Eeeh i got no idea about gym but calories,working out a few supplements such as d3,creatine,zinc,magnesium could work i genuinely have no idea about gym im a twink
