U have to be insanely obsessed to succeed with this method, I tried it but u have to clamp really hard very frequently and it hurts and u get tired of it. No proof it even works, most anecdotes imply failure. Altho they theoretically could have failed due to not being mentally ill enough to spend their whole day clamping their bones.
