I think you missed my point. Dr. Paley is pretty conservative and focuses on his patients being able to move and not be confined to a wheelchair after surgery but if you want a doctor that just listens to what you have to say then Dr. Betz is probably the best. He did a 20cm lengthening for Apotheosis who was originally 5'6.
