Keep in mind, the guy is somewhat mentally unstable/autistic and was too aggressive while walking/exercising while he was lengthening his legs (there was a video of him walking while the doctor is telling him to calm down on youtube). Also he might have lengthened too quick. Normally these things dont happen if youre careful.
